Psalm 12:6: “The
words of the Lord are pure
words, like silver
tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.”
The verse tells us about the quality of the word of
God. It is compared to the purified silver. It is just comparison that has to
show how valuable and pure the words of God are. Could we say the same thing
about our words? You know what? We can change that by daily reading the Bible,
which is his word. That will eventually influence the way we think and also the
way we speak. Start with one chapter per day. Then increase the quantity bit by
bit.
