God is your Father

“Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? ¹⁰ Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? ¹¹ If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask Him!" Matthew 7:9-11.

Most parents love their children. They care about them, fight for them and try to provide for them so that they may have the best future possible. There are some who are really bad examples of fathers and mothers, and if you have one of the kind I am really sorry for you. 

However, I have good news for you, even the best parents cannot stand the chance of being as good as our God the Father is. Everybody, even the best parents have fallen nature living inside them. Jesus said that all of us are evil by nature. God is everlastingly good by nature. So, if we can do something good for our kids, how much more will the good God do good for us. He is the eternal Father. He is your Father. And He is GOOD FOR YOU! Rejoice. You are loved.
