Ephesians 5:8: “For you were once darkness,
but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light.”
People can be put into
two categories: children of darkness or children of light. You automatically
belong to one of these groups. If you have not been born again you are still in
the darkness. If you reconciled yourself with God by means of Jesus Christ you
have become a child of God and you are in the light now. The word of God
encourages you to behave as a true child of light and if you haven’t become one
yet ask Jesus to save you and change your nature.
