Psalm 32:10: “Many are
the woes of the wicked, but the Lord’s unfailing love surrounds the one who
trusts in him.”
Everyone
suffers in this life. However, sufferings of the righteous and the sufferings
of the wicked are very different. The former has hope in his sufferings and the
latter has nothing to rely on. The wicked neither believes the love of God
exists, nor experiences it. The righteous one may undergo terrible times and
feel terribly, but he knows that God loves him and never leaves him. So, his
sufferings are relieved and he always has a hope for a better future.
